Common problem solving methods:
The switch is stuck and cannot be rotated: the sharp tool can be inserted into the edge of the circular hole of the switch to pull out the switch.
The switch can't be opened: Check if the wheel is clamped too tightly. If the wheel is too tight, replace the left and right wheels.
Wheels are not in place: clean the impurities in the bracket, add some lubricant to the friction parts and switches between the brackets.
The wheel does not close automatically and pops up: press the part connecting rod between the rear wheels to make the positioning pin completely snap into the slot.

HOW TO MEASURE
To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall
1. FOOT LENGTH
Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor straight alongside the inside of your foot from your heel to your toes.Place an object with a flat edge straight across your toes with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses (see image below). This is your foot length measurement.
2. SELECTING A SHOE SIZE
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.

- product is unworn and unwashed in its original condition.
- product is not damaged.
- product label is still attached.
Note:
If you wish to return underwear, swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
The products in your possession are your responsibility until they are picked up by the logistic courier or you have sent it at a post office. Any product that is not properly packed or is damaged will not be eligible for a return, so make sure they are properly taken care prior to the return!
What are the next steps?
1. Once your return request done, we will send you the nearest return address.
2. Once the product retrieved, we will proceed to have a check.
3. Rejection of your refund only happen if any damage is found on the purchased items.
