Available delivery options

  • Home Delivery FREE (2-5 working days, depending on locations)
  • Self-Collect from the Local Parcel Shop, or Post office. FREE (2-5 working days, depending on locations)
  • Express Delivery additional USD $5.85 (next day delivery if ordered prior to 12pm, weekdays only)

Home Delivery

  • Home delivery is FREE and takes 2-5 working days.
  • Your parcel can be delivered to any delivery address that you specify during the checkout or in your customer account. 
  • Delivery takes place between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Self-Collect from the Local Parcel Shop, or Post office.

  • Local Parcel Shop delivery is FREE and takes 2-5 working days.
  • This delivery option gives more flexiable time for your convenient if you are not available at home during the day. Normally available 7 days a week, also possbile with extended hours.
  • We'll send you an SMS message to let you know that your parcel is arrived for pick-up. To pick it up, you need to bring an valid ID with you. 
  • Your parcel will be held in the Parcel Shop for up to 7 days. After 7 days your parcel is returned to us.

Express delivery

  • Express Delivery is an additional cost of  USD $5.85, 
  • This delivery is carried out as extra fast, which 1-2 days faster than the ordinary delivery. Mostly It will be arrived at The Next Day. If you order before 12pm. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You can select express on the final Order Confirmation page after you've selected Home Delivery in the delivery options. 
  • You can choose where the parcel to be delivered to an address you prefer. 


Express Delivery Times

  • Next day delivery when you order before 12pm.
  • Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • A notification of the delivery will be shown during the checkout and also in the delivery confirmation email.

Express Delivery Destinations

  • We offer Express Delivery based on the postcodes.
  • Express deliveries cannot be sent to pick-up points, please provide your delivery address.

To Track your order

  • Log into your customer account to check the status of your order under "My Orders" or check the tracking link sent in your confirmation email.

If you are not at home

  • If the DHL express courier doesn’t reach you on their first attempt, they'll leave a note in your letterbox, and will arrange delivery with DHL at another that's convenient for you.

Returning Express

  • If you want to return an order made by express delivery, then follow the instructions on our return section. 
  • If you return your items, the express shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • All returns are FREE, The nearest return address will be sent to you by email once we've confirmed your return. Please make contact first.
