What does it mean to add to your wish list?

Adding a product to your wish list, simply means you like the item or you are saving it for later. Sharing your wish lists allows your friends and family to see the products you crave.

 

Can I remove a product from a wish list?

Here's the easy step-by-step for removing a product from your wish list:

On the mobile app:

  1. Tap your name from the top of the app menu.

  2. Tap on the wish list that has the products you want to remove.

  3. Tap and hold on the wish list page until a red checkmark appears.

  4. Select the products you want to remove.

  5. Tap on the Remove button at the bottom of the screen.

On CatchyMarket.com:

  1. Go to your profile at www.catchymarket.com/customer/account/

  2. Click the wish list name that has the product you want to remove.

  3. Hover over a product and click "remove" button.

This will remove the product or products from your wish list. To add a product back to a wish list, go back to the product page and add it again.

 

Where can I see my wish lists?

Your wishlists are saved on your profile. You can find your profile at www.catchymarket.com/customer/account/.

On the mobile app, your profile is accessible by tapping your name at the top of the page

 

Where can I find my friend's wish list?

To see a friend's wish list, you should be following them.

On the mobile app:

  1. Tap on the menu icon.

  2. Tap on your name at the top of the menu. This takes you to your profile.

  3. Tap on the Following tab.

  4. Tap on your friend's picture to see their wish lists on their profile.

On CatchyMarket.com:

  1. Go to your profile at www.catchymarket.com/customer/account/

  2. Click on the Following tab.

  3. Click on your friend's picture to see their wish lists.

You can also type in your friend's name in the search field to pull up their profile.

About Shipping

Where do we ship?

We can ship to the majority of the world's countries, and most products can be shipped to United States, Europe, Canada, and Mexico.

 

How soon will shipping take?

Your order ships out within 3-5 days, 5-7 days, and 7-10 days of your order date, which is clearly writen in the "Fine Print" on every product page, as seller has given this shipping time with their own charges as part of their offer. However, shipping time depends on the shipping destination.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged per item and shipping rate depends on the product final destination.

 

Where does my order ship from?

Generally, most orders will ship from seller's location. There will be an agreed delivery time which is writen in the "Fine Print" part on the product page.

 

How shall I track my order?

You can quickly and easily find this information on your Order Details page. Go to your Order History page and then tap on Track Package under the appropriate order.

Your tracking page will show the order’s estimated date of arrival, its tracking history, the tracking ID, and a link to the carrier’s site. If there is no tracking ID available, your tracking page will show a limited tracking history and an estimated date of arrival.

 

Where can I find an invoice for my order?

Navigate to your Order History page and click "Details" next to the order in question. This page can be used as an invoice for your records. The confirmation email you received when you originally placed your order can also be used as an invoice.

 


About Rewards

How will I see if I've earned a reward?

You will be promptly notified by email and in your notifications page.

 

What type of rewards can I earn?

Rewards can only be applied on items sold on our website. The rewards you earn cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside of Catchy Market.

 

How shall I use the gift card?

When you add eligible products to your cart, the corresponding gift card automatically applies to the purchase price of your products. Gift cards cannot cover shipping fees. You will need to provide another payment method to cover for shipping.

 

Will rewards ever expire?

You can see the rewards you have earned and their expiration dates in your profile

How to unsubscribe from emails?

To easily and quickly unsubscribe from emails:

  • from your computer: login to your account and modify your email settings

  • from the app: select Settings > Emails from the app menu

Check off the appropriate boxes to remove yourself from email notifications. Your changes will be saved automatically.

 

 

How to delete the account here?

To delete your account, you can disable Catchy Market’s Facebook privileges.

  1. Go to www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications.

  2. Hit the "x" on the far right of the row with "Catchy Market" on the left.

On a mobile device:

  1. Open your Facebook app.

  2. Under the menu icon, select Account Settings.

  3. Select Apps.

  4. Select Wish. At the bottom of the screen is a red button that says "Remove Catchy Market".

This will remove your account from Wish within the next 24 hours. Please note that if you sign into Wish after deleting your account you will automatically reactivate your account.


If you login with email:

You can delete your account from your Settings page. On the mobile app, tap on Settings > Delete Account. On the website, scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click on Delete Account.
